Director Miguel Seabra Lopes screened his film Talvez Deserto Talvez Universo – Maybe Desert Perhaps Universe. This film won the DocLisboa’15: Jury Award for Best Portuguese Film in 2015. The film focuses on a Forensic Psychiatric Hospital in Lisbon.
We had a discussion with Lopes after the screening and found out particularities about the Hospital that sets it’s standards different from other parts of the world.
